Piano Delivery Options
We have many flexible delivery options for most digital pianos, based on your location and whether you require it flat-packed, or fully assembled in your home.Timed Delivery and In-Home Assembly Service

You can choose to have your piano installed by our own piano delivery expert. They will fully assemble and install your new digital piano for you and remove all the boxes and packaging. There may be an additional fee for this service based on region. This is to be paid on delivery.
We will contact you after receiving your order to pre-arrange a convenient delivery date which is usually 7-10 days from date of order. Our specialist delivery team will also call you on the delivery day to give you a two-hour time slot for delivery.

Courier Delivery - Flatpack Box To Front Door

This is our quickest delivery service but only choose this option if you have someone to help you move the piano from your front doorstep to your chosen room. There may be an additional fee for this service based on region. Your piano will be delivered between 9am & 6pm Monday to Friday.
We will contact you when we receive your order to arrange a convenient day, but we cannot specify the actual delivery time with this option. Be aware the box can weigh between 60kg & 120kg, and the courier is not contracted to bring the box up any steps at the property.
- Savins Music Centre works with a number of couriers.
- All deliveries are typically next day from despatch, with delivery before 18.00pm
- All deliveries are subject to stock availability and "next day" excludes weekends and bank holidays
- Please note during peak times please allow up to 72 hours for our couriers to deliver.
- DPD are our preferred courier partner, alongside A Post and if they are experiencing unusually large volumes of deliveries there may be unexpected delays.

Ordering times.
- Order before 1pm: Despatched the same day*
- Order after 1pm: Despatch will be the following day* though we will attempt to despatch same day* wherever possible.
- Order after 1pm on a Friday: Despatch will be the following Monday
- Order on a Saturday or Sunday: Despatch will be the following Monday
- If you have a preferred delivery day, enter this in the comments section of the order form.
* Despatch is subject to stock availability and excludes weekends and bank holidays
Delivery Charges.
- If you purchase several items, the shopping basket will show a total delivery charge but we may be able to reduce this charge - we will contact you if this is the case.
- Next day deliveries to Northern Ireland are available at extra cost. Please contact us for details. Where a price includes delivery, this is for the Republic of Ireland only.
- If you have different delivery requirements, please state this on the order form as you proceed through the check out. If we cannot comply, we will contact you immediately.
- Delivery charges are based on region and will need to be determined and agreed, prior to online purchase.
- Please note that our couriers will endeavour to deliver as arranged but we will not be held responsible for any costs incurred because of non delivery or factors caused by others.
